TPO
TPO includes all of the normal day-to-day operations (additions, updates, deletions) and updates to a user file. The audit record will not track every individual screen or update made to a client record, only that the user had accessed the client information during that session (login).
Client Search Lists
If a client is included on a client search list where multiple possible matches were found, the audit record code will be 1@ Transactions, Procedures and Operations (TPO) or 5@ School Access since only limited demographic information is disclosed and not the client's immunization record.
Client/Immunization Upload
The requirement to log data-exchange uploaded client/immunization details may not always be necessary. This specific log can be temporarily turned off without programming changes
