Purpose |
The Parent/Child Switch Organization screen is used to allow any user at the parent/vendor levels to switch to their child/client organizations without logging out of the registry. In order to switch to your related organizations, a parent/child or vendor/client relationship must have been requested by you and created at the state level by DHR.
The Current Organization field will be systematically generated and always indicates which organization you are currently logged in as.

Switching Organizations
To switch organizations, select the desired child/client organization name link from the Switch to Organization list.

Note |
If you log out of the registry before switching back to your home organization, you will be logged back in as your home organization at your next login. The home organization is determined by the organization code, username, and password that was entered on the login screen.
