Add / Edit Lead Test Action Screen |
Purpose |
The Add / Edit Lead Test Action screen is used to record or edit a lead test action for a client who has a current lead risk assessment.
Information Provided |
This screen is divided into three parts, Lead Risk Status information, Test Action Add/Edit fields, and Last Action Detail fields.
Lead Risk Status
The Lead Risk Status information includes the Test Last Completed Date, Recommended Date, and Risk Level fields. These fields display the uploaded Lead data and cannot be edited in the user interface.
Test Action Add/Edit
The Test Action section consists of two fields: Test Action and Test Action Date.

Test Action Date |
To add or edit the date of the Lead Test Action, type a date in the format MM/DD/CCYY into the text box. Or, click on the Calendar icon to set the date. *Note* |
Last Action
The Last Action section details the most current Lead Test Action entered for the client, including the Test Action, Test Action Date, the Organization entering the action and a date/time stamp indicating when the entry was made. These fields cannot be edited directly in the user interface, but are updated when a more recent lead test action is stored for the client.

When the Save button is clicked, the Lead Test Action data is stored and the Immunization History screen is displayed. |

When the Cancel button is clicked, any changes and/or selections made are lost, and the Immunization History screen is displayed. |

When the Delete button is clicked, the stored action displayed in the Test Action Add/Edit section is deleted, and the Immunization History screen is displayed. |

Test Action Date Note
If the Test Action date entered is prior to the Test Last Completed Date or the Recommended Date, the Test Action will not be stored. If the Test Action date entered is prior to the displayed action of Test Submitted or Test Referred, the Test Action will be stored, but the most current Test Action will continue to be displayed.
