Purpose

The 'Vaccine Transaction Results' screen displays all inventory transactions conforming to the criteria selected on the Enter Transaction Criteria screen.

Vaccine Transaction Results

Displayed at the top of the page is the 'Vaccine Transactions for Organization' table. The Provider Organization Name and Record Count are displayed at the top of the table.

Below the transaction records table, the "Vaccine Transaction Totals" table is displayed. This table provides an aggregate summary of the selected inventory transaction records, which are grouped by transaction reason. Each transaction reason will either add to or subtract from a Dose Count total with the exception of Transaction Reason 4 - Expired public vaccine, which is for informational purposes only and does not affect inventory. See the example table shown below.

Transaction totals will be broken down by 'Trans Count' and 'Dose Count', where the trans count is the total number of selected transactions, and the dose count is the sum of the vaccine doses that were added and/or subtracted.
