Check School Report Screen

 Purpose

The check school report screen is used to display and/or determine the status of a report request made from the Detail List screen.

 Functionality

This screen will display two sections pertaining to the school report's you have generated. One is called School Report Job Status. This section contains the date and time the report was started and completed, the overall status in percentage, the number of student's returned, and the target date range if one was specified.

The second section in the check school report screen is the School Report Status. This displays reports generated under your school after selecting either the 'student immunization history' list report or the 'immunization due' report in the detail list screen. It contains the name of the report (i.e. History Report 06-27-2002 09:42:55), the type of report, the date and time the report was requested, what time it started, and the status.

To get the latest update on all the requests listed in the table, click on the  Refresh  button. This will get the the most current status for each request from the GRITS database.  *Note*

As soon as the report name appears as a hyperlink or the 'Status' displays 'Ready', it has completed processing and is ready for download or viewing. (This process can also take some time depending on the size of the report) The selected report will automatically be displayed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  *Note*

At any time, click the  Cancel  button to return to the screen you were previously on.
