Purpose |
The GANABMAN Reports screen is used by the State to generate and view a manually created version of the GANABRE2 report for a particular site within a provider organization. The GANABMAN Report is a manually created version of the 'Analysis of Vaccine Distribution and Usage To Assist With Distribution Decisions'.

Functionality |
A report with a Fuchsia row color indicates a warning that the report will be automatically purged within the next 7 days.
Generating Reports
On the VFC/GIP Comprehensive Reports screen, select the desired organization from the pick list.
Click on the GANABMAN button on the upper right of the VFC/GIP Comprehensive Reports screen, and the GANABMAN Reports screen will be displayed.
Select the desired site from the 'Site' pick list.
Click on the Generate button on the upper right of the GANABMAN screen.
A hyperlink is displayed for the selected site.
Click on the hyperlink for the report to display the selected report.
Viewing Reports
Find the report you want to view in the table listing on the GANABMAN Reports screen.
Click on the desired report's hyperlink and the " GANABMAN Report " will be displayed.
