Manage Report Defaults Screen

Purpose

The Manage Report Defaults screen is used to create a Report List of vaccines for Georgia-specific reports: GANABRE2, GANABMAN, PRIACCT1, SITEACCT, ORGACCT1, COACCT1 and DPHACCT1.

Functionality

Description

When the Save button is clicked, the GANABRE2 Report Period is Saved.

When the New Vaccine button is clicked, the Add/Edit Vaccine for Reports screen is displayed enabling you to create a new vaccine. *Note*

When the Cancel button is clicked, the Main screen will be displayed. Changes to the GANABRE2 Report Period will not be saved to the database.

When the Remove button is clicked, the vaccine(s) selected in the Report Listing are Removed from the Report List and moved to the Vaccine List. Clicking on the Remove button saves the updated Report List and Vaccine List to the database.

When the Add Selected button is clicked, the vaccine(s) selected in the Vaccine Listing are Added to the Report List and moved from the Vaccine List. Clicking on the Add Selected button saves the updated Report List and Vaccine List to the database.

*Note*

To edit an existing vaccine, click on the desired vaccine hyperlink in the Report List or Vaccine List. When the desired vaccine is selected, the Add/Edit Vaccine for Reports screen is displayed enabling you to edit the existing vaccine.

Selecting GANABRE2 Report Period

The GANABRE2 Report Period determines the number of months used to calculate the Average Per Month Distributed and Average Per Months Used (columns J and K of GANABRE2 and GANABMAN reports).

Selecting GANABRE2 Report Period

Select the desired report period from the GANABRE2 Report Period pick list.

Click on the Save button to save the Report Period to the database.
